HESTAL SmartMaster I and SafeT
The rear portal doors SmartMaster which are mounted to the vehicle outer frame are typically used for curtainsider and dry freight vehicles. The high-quality and certified HESTAL SmartMaster doors are available in two different versions, as SmartMaster I and SmartMaster II. SmartMaster I is mounted in widths from 1,500 to 2,550 mm and is delivered in heights from 2,000 to 3,100 mm.
Door lock SafeT secures your transport: flexible and easy to retrofit for high-value, food or pharmaceutical transport, applicable to the variety of trailers and different types of vehicles – and that for little money.

The glassfibre reinforced plastic sandwich material is one of the three inlay variants, which can be used for the custom-made and fully assembled SmartMaster I doors.

The SafeT lock is based on a simple, purely mechanical system, which locks automatically when the rear door is closed using a bolt. The driver also does not need a key and can open the door using a mechanical keypad.
The transport manager can additionally provide transparency and safe the transport through a door sensor and via the portal.
